Superstar Rajini offers prayers for Rana

Rana is a film that is very close to Rajini’s heart and he has great hopes for it. It is to be produced jointly by his daughter Soundarya’s Ochre Studios and Eros International. The budget for this magnum opus is estimated to be around Rs. 100 crores. The shooting is scheduled to begin from next week.

The great man was seen at the Kaligambal Temple in Parry’s today, offering prayers for the success of the film. This temple is a favorite of Rajini’s and he visits it whenever possible. In fact, the famous Sakthi Kodu song from Baba was shot here. As usual, the Superstar was his simple and humble self and wanted no fuss to be made over him. Having finished his prayers, he left unobtrusively. We are sure the God is listening and Rana will be a blockbuster!
